Two pretty similar artists with similar musical stylings.  Who are your favorite?

Lately I've listened to Periphery a lot more than KC, but out of sheer numbers I think KC has an upper hand.

Sorry, I just can't take a band like Periphery seriously when the singer sounds like he's been gargling with stone dust and bleach. The inane Halloween vocals do nothing for the composition.

Actually, at times they had "similar" (ish) styles. I'm convinced THRAK is the first djent song ever.

It starts with a P and ends with Periphery.

That's right. King Crimson.

King Crimson. Periphery needs to get rid of that god-awful singer.

I'm definitely in the minority here and among the rest of their fans but I am actually very fond of Spencer's vocal work with Periphery.  Casey or Chris might have been better but that doesn't bug me.  I still prefer to always listen to the studio album as opposed to the instrumental version.

This poll seems like a bad joke (as somebody had mentioned above). Are actually comparable the band with 13 (+-) excellent studio albums vs. fresh young band with only one debut?Confused

King Crimson because they're not slightly above mediocre.
