Although Epica has the hottest singer of the three, Symphony X is my favourite.
As far as power metal goes, however, I'm more of a Blind Guardian guy.

What!? Russell Allen is damn hot! My vote goes for Symphony X. To the surprise of no one Since I think Symph X is prog metal, I agree with Colin that Blind Guardian is my favorite power metal band.

Kamelot by miles and miles. Or at least they were better than the others when they had Roy Khan.

SX >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> The other two
Also they're not power metal - Neo Classical Metal: yes, Progressive Metal: Yes, even speed metal occasionally, but not power metal...

I would like to vote for Epica, which I have many songs that I enjoy a lot... though I'm afraid I don't like grunting... however, they have enough non grunting songs that I love to say that I like the band. On the other hand, I know little Symphony X, however they didn't do much for me and don't really feel like exploring them much more... at least not for the moment. Still, I don't know any Kamelot, so I guess it wouldn't be fair for me to vote here.
