Pasi Koivu for Psychedelic/Space Rock

Pasi Koivu is a well known name to us all. He is a bona fida candidate for the Psychedelic/Space Rock team. 

Up to now, he failed the "commercially availability" criteria which excluded him for an inclusion. But it is now my understanding that this issue has been solved and  that the team, which includes at least one of his fans, can now proceed the evaluation based on music. 

I therefore propose his inclusion here and suggest even dragging him into the life of PA as an active member. Drag him kicking and screaming into our world, that is.
