Well, it was you who persuaded me a while back to listen to Kansas seriously, and i like them just fine as they are.

I knew that. LOL In fact I had paired up a copy of UK UK with Bruford One Of A Kind on a single 90 minute cassette.  They are really good as a pair.
Released date are often when it it impacted you but recorded dates are when it really happened...

Doubtful. Unless he started to write the music for them as well.

I mean, I do like BB, and his drumming style would certainly increase my appreciation of the two Kansas albums I know, but I don't think it would make me like Kansas. The drumming as is in Kansasa isn't the problem for me.

Dig me...But don't...Bury me
I'm running still, I shall until, one day, I hope that I'll arrive
Warning: Listening to jazz excessively can cause a laxative effect.

Why not make a poll between Pink Panther and Monty Python? This must be the silliest prog poll I've seen for a while. Wacko

BB is one of my absolute favourites, but for Kansas I think Phil Ehart is ace, although he seems to be an a****le when it comes to politics.

This also seems to be an a-s-s-h-o-l-e of a forum, because when I wrote a-s-s-h-o-l-e it comes out as a****le! Shock horror!

I like Kansas fine as they are. Phil Ehart is an amazingly underrated prog drummer. Bill Bruford wouldn't work at all, there'd be no chemistry whatsoever.

Absolutely not- Latimer simply doesn't rock hard enough (again, not a criticism).
