Looks to me as though they're still in the 'heavy' chart - two votes 'yes', one vote 'move', and one unsure. Needs the final vote to be cast to take things forward.

We're evaluating them now.
TBH, I'm not sure what I was thinking when I listened to these samples... I've voted move to Prog Metal, as I think my teammates will as well.

They do have influences from those bands, but I feel like it has a more mixed sound than those bands. We should should just wait and see what the HP team does; they may move it PM.

^But, Andy, the sound of Psychocean is very close to Tool and Prisma! Both bands are on Experimental/Post-Metal! Why don't alert the prog metal team?
