For me its Still Life. Godbluff is just a pinch behind.

I'll be a no-vote. Tie between Pawn Hearts and Still Life.

I answer this question differently every time this poll is made.

Pawn Hearts for me. Haven't listened to much of their stuff, but I really like what I've heard

Pawn Hearts. It's up there with "Close To The Edge" as one of the most perfectly constructed albums of all time. A beautiful and mindblowing experience from beginning to end.
There's a reason they played "Lemmings" for their very first on-stage reunion. And why at least half the album appears in their setlist for any given concert.
Their other albums are great too, but Pawn Hearts just holds up as something incredibly timeless.

Also, Mr. Fox, your avatar is sexy as hell.
I think this is my first time seeing a picture of young P. Hawk as a mic-only frontman. Goddamn he pulls it off so well. I think I'm in love.

The Least We Can, but I'm really surprised Godbluff has so few votes
---------------------------------------
I'm guessing that Trisector won't get many votes, but it's in my top 5
Grounding In Numbers is also good, but Trisector is soooooooo much better.

The Least We Can Do is my favourite as well, slightly ahead of Pawn Hearts, Pawn Hearts has a very consistent musical theme whereas Least .... is more varied in style.
I've never understood why Refugees was not a hugely famous song.
I suspect that most people whose favourite VDGG era is 1975/76 prefer Still Life to Godbluff.

Since VdGG is my favorite band, my favorite album by them changes pretty much from day to day, today it looks like this, but tomorrow is propably gonna be completely different.
1. Godbluff 2. Still Life 3. Quiet Zone 4. Pawn Hearts 5. The Least We Can

Funny thing is that Godbluff received 4 votes since my post...
Godbluff is has one weaker track, IMHO..... Sleepwalkers.
