We are pleased to announce that there will be a 'She' fundraiser show on Friday 22nd July in Cheltenham. This intimate concert will feature Clive Nolan (composer), along with Mark Westwood (guitar), and singers Agnieszka Swita and David Clifford. Further guests to be announced.

At this fundraiser music from Clive's prolific career will be performed alongside songs from 'She'. Tickets for this exclusive event are strictly limited and priced at just £20. Profits will help towards supporting the production costs of 'She' in Cheltenham, February 2012.

For further information or to book tickets contact David Clifford at: < = =text/> [email protected]

The Caamora Theatre Company:

Plans are developing well as we continue to build the theatre company. We now have all the lead singers in place, as well as almost all the understudies. The chorus is already chosen and rehearsing, and the musicians are all ready to rock!

Clive: ‘It has been exciting to see so many people getting involved in this mountain of a challenge … I can’t wait to be a part of the ‘She’ shows in February’

We also have a solid technical team working on the ‘look’ of the performance, with scenery already designed, as well as costumes and choreography being developed.

‘She’ in Concert:

Don’t forget that there will be a special concert performance of SHE at the Borderij, Zoetermeer, Holland on Saturday 3rd September 2011.

Clive: ‘There will be eight of us on stage – 4 musicians and four singers. We will be recreating the ‘She’ experience with the aid of video ‘scenes’ which will also feature the chorus that will be performing in the UK next year.’

‘She’ UK!

This is the big one, people! The full theatrical version of ‘She’, never before attempted in Europe! After the lavish spectacle in Bolivia, we have much to live up to.

Featuring over forty people on stage, this promises to be quite a performance, so don’t miss it.

22 – 25 February 2012

‘She’ in Holland:

The special ‘eight-man’ performance of ‘She’ will take place at the Boerderij, Zoetermeer, Holland on Saturday 3rd September.

This features the singers, Agnieszka Swita (Ayesha), David Clifford (Leo), Christine Booth (Ustane), Alan Reed (Holly), as well as the musicians, Clive Nolan (Keyboards), Mark Westwood (Guitars), Kylan Amos (Bass), Scott Higham (Drums).

There will also be an interactive video to help colour the different scenes, including shots of the ‘Caamora Chorus’, who will be performing in the UK shows in February.

Clive: ‘We’ve never done this particular version of the show before, so I am hoping that this will be a very special performance, not to be missed!’

‘She’ Fundraisers:

Both the House gig in Crewe, and the Fundraiser in Cheltenham have been exciting and successful performances. Between them they raised the best part of 1000 pounds towards the ‘She’ shows, so thanks very much to all who made these gigs possible, and to all who came along and supported the cause! Each show had its own highlights, but it seems one of the stars of both evenings was the presentation of Clive’s new musical, ‘Alchemy’.

Clive: ‘For me, it was excellent to the spark of life being breathed into ‘She’ again with the Cheltenham performance of ‘Judgement’ which featured the ‘Caamora Chorus’ in their first public performance!

Newsflash!

There is now talk of possibly putting on one more fundraiser for the ‘She’ shows… in Holland. If it happens, it would probably take place in October. If you are interested, read on…

Marcel Haster: Next to the great ‘house concert’ in Crewe and the show on July 22nd in Cheltenham, there are plans to have one in Holland as well. Date is not set yet, but if you are interested in attending, please drop me a line: [email protected].
