Gong get kind of funky!

I agreed. Gong Live Etc. blow my mind back then in 1977. Actually, I remember THE day when I get a mail with that amazing double LP album; I was 14 when I got it.

I remember the day I bought mine as well. (spoke about it before) I have a pretty sullen member of staff at Andys Records (Market store Cambridge) to thank as I wanted to buy some Gong but didn't know which one. He recommended Live ETC and I bought it after a long contemplation of how much money I had. Eventually forked out whatever it was and since then (probably not when it came out probably more like 1979 or 80.) I have loved it more than most. It is delicious and occasionally deliciously funky. Of course, when Steve Hillage left GonG he experimented further with FunK.

Help me I'm falling!
