Unfortunately finally, I didn't see the performance. I had a blackout in my neighbourhood (so, no internet) and also I had to go to see a live performance of an one small band (Withering skies) because I had an invitation from a member.

Apparently Mastodon were also streamed earlier today ... too bad that I didn't know about it. Well, that's life.

It was a song from Ghos Reveries.

The Grand Conjuration Headbanger
One of my faves off that album.

Also yeah, the show was good.

Well that was great! I came in for "Face of Melinda" - does anyone know what they played before that? (It was a spine-chilling rendition btw)
I've not seen Opeth live for about 6 years - I must catch them on the next tour!

My god. Turn up the goddamn solo guitarist volume. They switch solos sometimes. Deal with it.

Yeah, I missed the solo a bit myself, actually. Defintely need some volume on the keys too. I'm sure they'll even it out.

I noticed too the complete lack of keyboards in the mix, but maybe the crowd can hear them? I don't know if they have the same mix as us.

Almost through the first song ... some serious mixing problems (solo guitar way too low in the mix, the same with the keyboards). Overall audio quality is really nice, could turn out to be a great gig!

Wish I could hear the whole thing. Got to go to sleep eventually tonight! Sound is pretty clear, thanks for the link, Alex

Looks like they're havin fun too, always nice to see a band enjoy itself
