As I haven't seen any appreciation thread for them, I decided to open one myself. I've discovered these guys no more than a month ago and I can't say I wasn't amazed by their eclecticism and the music itself! Also, I've just recently wrote down the time signatures for A Corporate Merger, so here they are:

alternating 7/8 and 9/8

Palace Of Mirrors is many different kinds of awesome.

You may also wish to check out Secret Chiefs 3 if you haven't already.  Several members of Estradasphere played on Book M.

I have Book M and Book of Horizons, they're amazing, although I have a bit of a problem with the sudden death metal every 4 or so tracks.

I really like this band, particularly the Buck Fever and Palace of Mirrors albums.

I just wish wish Dave Murray was still with them.he is extremely talented. His projects The Deserts of Traun and Tholus are worth looking into.

I'm yet to really get into Estradasphere, I've got "It's Understood" and am yet to... Understand it LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a serious problem.......

But seriously SC3 is probably one of the best bands of the 21st century (well they started in the 20th but their really good stuff is from the 21st) and shockingly aren't as widespread here as they should be.

I got Palace of Mirrors a few weeks ago and love it, brilliant album and will have to find the rest of their albums, I just hope they're as good.

Yeah, I listened to Understood too and I just couldn't bond with it but Palace of Mirrors had me from the start.
