As a guitarist, I can't pick one, but as a songwriter Gers is the best one, "The Talisman" is incredible. So I pick Janick.

Murray and Smith are a great team; there isn't a better sound in metal. But I say Gers has the most talent.

Adrian Smith. He wrote also the best songs. Wasted Years is fantastic.

I feel that Adrian Smith is the most advanced guitarist of the 3. I mean he was a huge reason why Maiden in general were able to up the anti with a more prog based sound. Ever since BRAVE NEW WORLD it's been an incredible prog journey with maiden. ;)

Adrian is my favorite, although I'm not really a fan of any of them.

There was a time when I thought those 3 are the best guitarists in the world.

Dave ispired me a lot with his legato technique, but Adrian is a great composer and a better player. Gers is a clown rather than a guitar player.
