This might seem a strange question, but these two bands have a joint headlining tour of the UK later this year so......

Well I easily prefer Mostly Autumn.  They have plenty of heart and soul, the amazing Olivia Sparnenn to front the band and one of the best guitarists around in Bryan Josh.  I just love their soulful prog with a folky/celtic influence.

Talking of guitarists however, It Bites do have my second favourite modern guitarist in the superb John Mitchell.  Anybody who hasn't heard his work with Arena and Frost* is seriously missing out as he is phenomenal.  However the vote still goes to Mostly Autumn.

I've only heard It Bites' first album. Which I enjoy, though i'll assume they sound pretty different now.

I can't really vote but it's nice to see Mostly Autumn get some mentions. They're a great band.

I like It Bites and John Mitchell is brilliant (listen to his work on Martin Orford's sensational "The Old Road" for proof) but Mostly Autumn is one of the best two bands currently operating (IQ being the other).

I haven't heard It Bites but being labeled as Neo-prog I voted for Mostly Autumn though I only have The Last Bright Light.

I've not heard everything by Mostly Autumn, but going on what I have heard I vote for It Bites. I have all their stuff and have seen them live more than any other band. They rock!
Ultimately bored by endless ecstasy!

I haven't heard It Bites, but Mostly Autumn is not Mostly Autumn without Heather Findlay. So, no vote from me.
