LOL Hilarious question I know, but I actually am really beginning to strongly dislike sex. It seems like it causes a crap ton of problems. I just was curious to see just how much of a minority us sex haters are.

Oh, haha Tongue . Nah, I love love. I'm not high up on my nerdy, intellectual high-horse. Just not so crazy about the physical aspects of it.

Really? I assumed you were referring to the emotional aspects of it. The physical part is pretty good, I'd say.

Sex and relationships have caused me so much grief. They've driven me to hating myself, having rampant thoughts of suicide, physically harming myself, praying to whichever Gods to kill me where I stood, caused me to feel the deepest pits of isolation, forced me into bloody tears night after night, given me crippling anxiety/panic attacks, and more. How is it that I never felt truly alone until I started dating someone?

I like the stories of Alitare.

Each time he posts, I feel... happy and relieved to be me.

Oh yeah, I mean I'm a guy, of course my guy parts are attracted to it. But overall, it just seems like it screws relationships up.

I don't try to make my life out to sound awful - there have been some amazing parts. But the best parts were always when I was completely by myself. When other people come in all it does is make me hate everything.

Women have made me hate sex. The emotional torture it comes with far outweighs any physical pleasure I might have. If I have to sit in a corner and feel like I'm falling into an endless pit while my chest explodes so hard that I'd do anything to make it stop and all I can think about is beating my head with my hard knuckles until I submit to a coma - I'd rather just beat off.

I am teaching my fellow nurses to use a computer program for documentation. The section for documenting social history has spaces for smoking, alcohol, illicit drug use and....sexual activity. Here is a fundamental problem with our societies view of sex. We have 3 subjects synonymous with self-destruction and the activity necessary (mostly) for procreation of our species happily linked together.

The real funny part is the choices for the "Are you sexually active?" question are: Yes, No...and not currently. For those who are holding out hope.

Well it could be problematic if a nurse has an STD...

Why? Do you go to hospitals where nurses make it a habit of having sex with patients? Besides, the questions are for gathering patient data.

Sexually transmitted diseases can be spread through means other than sex!? And the possibility of having an STD is even more relevant for patients.
