What makes it even more impressive is that she's blind! Not only does she play these pieces without seeing her hands, but she learns them without sheet music, totally by ear. That's what I call genius.

Tarkus, which is one of the best pieces of music I ever heard.

Tarkus is one of only a couple of great ELP albums for me. 2112 gets my vote though.

TARKUS! It's the ELP album that has aged the best for me.
2112 has probably aged the worst of all the Rush albums, for me. Side Two is pretty bad. |

In general I prefer Rush to ELP, but Tarkus (the track) has aged better than 2112 - as for the 'b' sides of the respective albums, there's not a lot in it really, unless you're a particularly devoted fan of the band in question.

I have a greater relationship with Rush so I can't help but pick 2112. The Grand Finale is so amazing.

In regards to your opening comment, I must argue that only Tarkus is "superb A side, so-so B side", where I think 2112 is the oposite. I can't descide because of that fact.

The 2112 b-side is acctually pretty good... except for Tears.
The Tarkus b-side im not to keen on, However i like A Time and a Place.
I love the 2112 epic, but doesnt beat Tarkus musically.
My vote is for 2112!!

Tarkus, strong b-side with Bitches Crystal and Infinite Space being standouts. 2112 is also solid all the way through, but I prefer the Tarkus suite much more than the 2112 suite.
