I have had quite a few encounters with the 500 error lately. A short description of the symptoms may be useful:

After clicking the "Post Reply"-button the page lingers for about half a minute. Then the "Internal Server Error 500"-message appears.
When I return to the forum page, I don't see my post in the "Last Post"-column. The previous post is still there.
The notification appears in "Latest Forum Posts", though.
However, when I return to the topic, I see that the message is posted. I think it has something to do with the server cache update.

Yes...I don't see any way to rate albums at all....what's going on..?

You still can give ratings only. You have to do it from the bottom of the album page, underneath where the space for writing reviews is though...

^It's probably M@X fixing features of the site, popular artists probably being one of those things. I'm not in any way in on it, so I don't know how long it will last.

Well......the main page has changed   again. Most popular bands is back and the main bar at top is different.

It's all there it's just been "condensed" lets say. Next to the search bar there is three orange bars (pardon the lack of technical terms here) that will bring up all the subgenres and other stuff.

I'm not sure if this is because I am using my phone, but the frontpage has lost all it's links to subegenres, lists, mp3s, prog sellers - you name it.
I also keep getting errors when posting - something about not being allowed to.....erm I forget. Let me just post this right now and see what it says (it happens with every new post).

There's usually a flood of them around noon Norwegian time on some days. At some point in time I think I was told that the site backup runs around that time.

I've had getting the server error 500 on every post I've made so far today, including this one (although it still posted ok).

Don't know if it has anything to do with the update, but we've been having problems with updating album cover pictures for some time, re this discussion.

Edit: I also get this: 404 - File or directory not found.

The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable. instead of the picture when uploading some pictures to my File Manager, and then I'm unable to delete them from my File Manager afterwards, which just leaves the error message there taking up file space.
