Torture Garden is comprised of pieces from Naked City and Grand Guignol. Below is the Wikipedia page which confirms this.

Therefore, Torture Garden belongs in the box set/compilation category instead of studio albums, I believe. I took issue with the current classification since I recently bought this not realizing the material was not unique to this album.

On a related note, Leng T'che could arguably be classified as an EP being that it is only one ~31 minute track.
