8 times in a row I tried to send a review PM, and without success:
Server Error< style="padding-top: 0px; padding-right: 15px; padding-bottom: 10px; padding-left: 15px; "> 500 - Internal server error.There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed. |

I think I've figured out the problem. The review comments will not appear in the inbox until you actually go to your inbox. It is then that the pop-up you have a new message finally appears. This happens even when the notifier is on it seems.

I just tested this now (sent review comments on one of my own reviews) It does appear to work immediately but you don't get the PM message waiting popup until you go into your in box (which conversely states you have 0 new messages)
