Karreta is the band from Auckland, NZ http://www.myspace.com/kerretta They released two full lenght CDs: Vilayer (2010) and Saansilo, (2011). Unfortunatly, I didn't find any Youtube samples of this nice band, so you ought to decide is their music enough progressive for PA while listening these samples at Myspace.

They are already under evaluation by the Post Rock team.

^ especially when suggesting bands to Prog Metal or Post Rock, searching on ProgFreak too is a good idea.

Or maybe nothing showed up on PA because you mistook the band name (it's Kerretta not Karretta).
