Shine On for me (played all parts together). However, if I think about it, I could have gone for any option and be satisfied with it (the "I can't decide" option included). All of this songs are just perfect to my ears.

The Atom Heart Mother suite.  I think Geesin, and Aldiss, did terrific work on it.

I thought this poll was missing something, and then I get it. Pink Floyd's long epics all lose their meanings when compared to the 5-minute masterpiece of "Wish You Were Here".
