When i first saw this, i thought it was a joke, it's not from a valuable source, it's a PDF

Is this really viable information? If so - what a damn shame.
Pink Floyd weren´t the only ones as I recall. The Smiths did something similar as well.

The document was dated April 27th.  I wonder if the case was already heard, or if maybe it was settled out of court before the hearing.

Sounds like it is still an active case then.  I'm sort of surprised that a "cease and desist" order wasn't issued prior to the release of the new album, since the lawsuit was already in existence.
It is a shame that it has come to this, but music IS a business.   At least at their level.
