Gosh - this is certainly different! They describe themselves as  'experimental progressive-acidmath'.  From their facebook page http://www.facebook.com/alonelycrowd:  "The band's multi-layered dynamic structures, combined with precise creative rhythms and acrobatic powerhouse vocals take the listener through an ever-changing sonic journey not easily forgotten. The signature of this group is undoubtedly their exquisite use of melody to navigate through an intricate path of odd time signatures - executed with mind-boggling precision." There are 5 tracks featured on facebook, which you can also listen to at their reverbnation page: http://www.reverbnation.com/alonelycrowd. There are 16 tracks in all on the album, which is also available at cdbaby.com: http://www.cdbaby.com/cd/alonelycrowd. The samples available there certainly sound impressive. Strong candidate for inclusion in Experimental/Post Metal or Post Rock/Math Rock, I would think - but I'm no expert on these subgenres.

The  anonisletrecords link posted above points to the area of the site where you buy the CD ($20) or download it ($12) - for a full bio of the band go to: http://www.anonisletrecords.com/artists/alonelycrowd.html.

Another good find Svetonio!! Thumbs Up

Edit: The album is available slightly cheaper to download for $8.99 at tradebit.com http://www.tradebit.com/filedetail.php/144610886-a-lonely-crowd - strange since it is stated to be an official cdbaby re-seller.

Interesting band. They stand a chance for Heavy Prog IMO (not metal enough, and not post/math either), I'll notify the H.P. Team.
