I have only recently become acquainted with this interesting band .... I'm just wondering if anyone else has come across Karda Estra on their travels? It is masterminded by the creative genius of Richard Wileman with guest musicians/vocalists ... based heavily on classical influences and full of dark brooding landscapes & moods ...I guess it may also appeal to fans of The Enid  ...?

I was never really sure what I was waiting for. When the moment came I was looking away ......

I have heard only a few songs. If I remember correctly it was very classical and silent.

This band seems a bit similar:

There's a review on the front page. Nice but nothing special imo.

I have only heard Voivode Dracula (Count Dracula). It's quite good, reminds a bit of Univers Zero but also of Steve Hackett's moody instrumentals (with electric guitar).

Hey guys.

I own Karda estra: "Alternate history".

Which ive heard is a compilation album.

But right you are Felona, its quite beautiful

music... lots of soundscapes, if you will.

If this album are a broad view of their music

id very much to hear more.

And yes....if you like ENID (well who doesnt?)

this might just be for you!!

Tonny.
