Physical Graffiti, or Houses Of The Holy. Both show the band in their prime element.

Physical Graffiti,  followed by Houses of the Holy, and Presence.

I´d say Physical Graffiti as well, if just for In my time of dying, In the Light and Kashmir. Although I think almost every track has something to it, that could be qualified as progressive.
On the other hand, had Zeppelin lll been their only release - then I am pretty sure, they´d be considered as a fantastic progressive folk band today.

Houses Of The Holy

"No Quarter" and "The Rain Song" are proggy tracks

All their records are dotted with proggish moments, but they went full blown on Houses.  No Quarter is the quintessential heavy prog moment.....Spinal Tap was born in that dry ice melltotron rumble.
I like to feel the suspense when you're certain you know I am there.....

This.
I love them but I don't think any of them are really prog. Some art rock tendencies here and there (No Quarter, Achilles Last Stand) but that's about it.

Either Houses of the Holy or Physical Graffiti.
