I am listening to B.L.U.E. right now on Grooveshark, again, and really liking it.  With a total of 41 reviews I am wondering why it is so unapreciated.

Is this too hard to find, too jazzy, or poppish, or was the group just not prolific enough????      What?

I don't find it too poppish at all. In fact, I wouldn't call it poppish at all. If anything I'd say they are too out there some/a slight majority of people.

The albums were quite hard to find until quite recently I believe. They were recently (within the prevous year) re-released in a wide spectrum. I only got mine when I saw Levin in concert in 06, which certainly most people can not say that have done.
Dig me...But don't...Bury me
I'm running still, I shall until, one day, I hope that I'll arrive
Warning: Listening to jazz excessively can cause a laxative effect.

For those of you who like B.L.U.E., have you heard any of Nik Bartch's Ronin?  I'm really liking both right now.

I've got the double live album.  Double plus good.  If you can get a listen to some of Levin Torn White, I think you'd enjoy that, too.
Released date are often when it it impacted you but recorded dates are when it really happened...
