lol sea man

Although I don't like the band, Ween's The Mollusk is a proggy album with somewhat of a nauthical theme; there's even sea shanties on it.

Primus - Sailing the seas of cheeseTongue

Not on this site, but if you like the salty canine, you should definitely check out Steve Miller Band´s SailorHeart
I couldn´t find the original version of Song for our Ancestors, but this live rendition should give you a hint of what to expect:

“The Guide says there is an art to flying or rather a knack. The knack lies in learning how to throw yourself at the ground and miss.”

- Douglas Adams

I think of Tull:  things like 'The Whalers Dues', 'Seal Driver', 'Cheerio', 'Ears of Tin', and almost anything on WarChild

You'll find that the 'sea' is a recurring motif on Spiro's albums.

There is also a  very pretty Tir na nOg version of the song, but I cannot find it on YT.
Property of Queen Productions...

Much more power metal than prog, though Kamelot does have some slight proginess to their music.

Edit:

Here's a live version by Roy Khan, who left Kamelot last year. This is a great version, I think he is singing it at a wedding.

''Westward Ho'' by Moondog is perfect. You feel like your sailing on a ship heading to the new world listening to it:

''Nobody realizes that some people expend tremendous energy merely to be normal.''

"For My Lady" by the Moody Blues.....Mike Pinder sampled an old-fashioned mariner's squeeze-box for his Chamberlin!
A very nice treatment of an olde sea shanty!!
