What is your personal favorite Iron Maiden song?
I'd have to say The Prophecy.
I also love Still Life.
What about you!? Edited by GoldenGod2112 - October 15 2011 at 09:24 |

Prowler/Wrathchild/The Trooper - nothing past 1984, that's a certainty.

you mean "man on the edge"...with its chorus "fallin' down..."
I love "flash of the blade", especially when the music is associated to the images of Dario Argento's movie 'phenomena'

From way back it has to be Phantom.
More recent The Clairvoyant always worked pretty well for me. in the naughties i'd say Ghosts of Navigators

For a few years now it's been a battle between Stranger in a Strange Land and Lord of Light. Undecided still, but perhaps edging towards the former.

My favorite song off one of the first metal albums I ever bought/heard.

hard to top Rime of the Ancient Mariner. I still love the entire of Powerslave, after all these years
their new more stretched out, prog-alike material isn't *bad* either but it feels a little ambitious for a band you secretly just want to hear gallop and kick ass |
