However, if someone wants to discover toto's music, dune is not the best place to start as it features only one track in the spirit of their usual rock songs.

  i think both Desert Theme and Take My Hand have the Toto rock sound and also Paul meats Chani

Blade Runner's better, but Dune remains the only Toto album in my collection. LOL

The Dune soundtrack is neat and stuff.

But the Blade Runner OST is one of the most harrowing, beautiful albums I've ever heard.

I've never heard it described as 'harrowing' before. The film itself is very noirish and the bit where the replicants confront their 'maker' would certainly suit that description.

I was very fascinated with the soundtrack of Dune, and I haven't noticed any enjoyable music when I watched to Blade Runner.
