I just noticed Holger Czukay is not credited for playing French horn on his album "Movies". it is actually the instrument he studied before he became a bass player

my information is from some book on rock music I read years ago; I forgot the title. anyway, the French horn appears on many of his albums. his wikipedia entry lists the French horn as one of his instruments too:

Holger Czukay 1973.png

he plays French horn on several albums. and the French horn can clearly be heard in "Cool in the Pool" too

NotAProghead, what kind of link or info do you want? The only info I can find is:

1st version: link

2nd version with bonus track: link

I have bought those two versions... Yes I know, I'm weird! Wink

Thanks, done.
To prevent confusion, I've only added this in the Release Info:
2CD Sony Music ‎19075982342 (September 27, 2019, Canada, with 1 bonus track, "Si bien")
3LP Sony Music 19075982521 (September 27, 2019, Canada, with 1 bonus track, "Si bien")
3LP Sony Music 19075982521 (September 27, 2019, Canada, with 1 bonus track, "Si bien", Limited Edition, numbered, white translucid vinyl)

P.S. As a true fan I guess you have to buy vinyl editions too. Smile

by the way: here the official video to "Cool in the Pool" from the album "Movies". you can see Holger play his French horn in it. the video also shows his odd sense of humor

this video definitely confirms Holger Czukay played French horn in "Cool in the Pool" and thus on "Movies", so you can remove the addendum "not confirmed" from the entry for that album

Hey, Guys! I just tried to find TONY PATTERSON's 2016 release Equations of Meaning without result.

I had rasied this issue back in 2016 because you had originally put it under "Tony Patterson & Brendan Eyre" page though it was clearly a solo project of Tony's with Brendan's participation on only one song. Now it has apparently lost a home--which is too bad cuz it is one of my Top 5 albums of the year.

Hope you can help this amazing album find a home! Thanks!

Sincerely,

Drew Fisher aka "BrufordFreak"

Shocked

Wh-wh-wh-a-a-at!!! If ever an album sounded "Neo" 1977 Genesis/Ant Phillips/Alan Parsons Project, this is the one! Especially when looking at the cast of contributors and song titles!

I demand a recount! (Embarrassed)

I hope you'll reconvene, reconsider, and reject your previous decision...

A server configuration issue: http://progarchives.com/ produces "HTTP Error 404. The requested resource is not found."

It should be easy to redirect this URL to the www hostname.

I made an initial submission, but it probably requires (a lot) more work by folks more familiar with what's needed, and how to format it.
