Jeremy Webster 'Fred' Frith gets my vote.
 
I've got a lot by both of them, and in some ways I like them equally - both innovative on their instruments but not virtuosos, both equally at home with free improv or fully scored compositions, both effortless genre hoppers - but I almost always enjoy Fred Frith, whereas Zorn is far more hit and miss for me.

I really don't know who to choose here though. I listen to Frith more but I love both so much.
