Can't find this band in our database, if they have at least one long release under their belt maybe you'd want to suggest them for addition?

I didn't notice the link in the OP leads to a stream of the full album... The music sounds like prog metal, so I notified the Prog Metal Team about the suggestion.

i think they would be nice fitt for heavy prog also,  but closer to the prog metal side of things,
