Nobody is taking the bait - start a new thread??? Haven't they just reissued the SAHB back catalogue on remastered Cd - and the Japanese issued them in mini LP sleeves?

So let's move on to the Streetwalkers..........................

Dick, it wasn't I that posted about SAHB, it was Tiresias!

I have their first album and adore it. What with 3 keyboardists and a song lasting half an hour (back in the days of vinyl, let us not forget) it's an album of such grotesque and delerious excess that it's impossible not to love it. "The Ikon" features some of my favourite ever keyboard passages of the whole decade! Great album - I need to get "Ra" next, but judging from the reviews I've read I'd be wise to call it quits after that.

Utopia is on this site, in the archives. It lists their 14 lps and has reviews and even has one mp3 download. There is also a link to Utopia's official website here as well. Perhaps you'll have better luck there.

Under the rising sun dirty yellow children play
And in the red pagoda mamasan is praying
Blood wasted saving face, ancestors are looking on
As they wave their silver samurai underneath the big gun
Hiroshima, no one could imagine
Not the victors nor the victims
Pitiful survivors nor the pawn of a man
Who had the button under his hand
No one would believe it
God, God is on our side, he placed the power in our hands
To teach the yellow peril, this is christian mercy
Harry, harry give ’em hell, give ’em hell one more time again
We’ll show those axis powers how to make an oven [fry them]
Hiroshima, nagasaki
Don’t you ever forget, don’t you ever f**kin’ forget

This is the official voice of the united states of america
addressing the
Peoples of the islands of japan. tomorrow morning, on august
15th, 1945 at
Exactly 8:15 am, we will bomb your cities of nagasaki and
hiroshima with a
Blast that will level these cities. this is the only alert you
will receive.

There are at least two bands named "Utopia". One is the band of guitar player Todd Rundgren. The other is a German band which is a spin-off of Amon Düül 2, whose only self-titled album is wrongly listed among Amon Düül 2 in the archives. So look up Todd Rundgren (under "R") or Amon Düül 2.
