Thank you all for feedback - very helpfull, especially links supplied by BaldFriede

I am glad that erroneous move of this topic provoqued active discussions of the structure of PA, which, I'm sure, will lead to better organisation of forums and subsequent expanditure of Archives in general

Would like to add that I fully agree with the contents of letter sent by Man Overboard to Maani, especially in the part relating to "Prog which is not in the PA yet". As I mentionned before, branding a band "Non-prog Music" in advance just because it is not yet in Archives for some reasons, is undercutting flood of information about it, and limiting chances for it to be ever included in PA

It's good to see some support...  I've talked to a lot of prominant users on PM and IM who agree as well, but I won't name names because some haven't publicly stated their stance, and some are in positions where it'd be awkward...
