Seems pretty natural given the definition.

"Really?"

I can't remember how this started, but this new substitute for "are you kidding me?" and "can you believe that?" has reached the saturation point.  I think it was just a few months ago, and it spread like wildfire.

I never encountered YOLO until I looked in this thread yesterday.  I had to go to urbandictionary.com to see what it meant.  Ah the benefits of being an Old Person.....
