I can't believe Primus wasn't mentioned. The Air Is Getting Slippery and De Anza Jig are both hilarious with funny lyrics and excellent funny music.

I really dislike it, though I guess it's funny.

I was watching swamp people the other day and all I could think about was the song Amos Moses. It would have made a brilliant theme song.

One that always puts a smile on my face is Punky's Whips by Zappa.

Genesis - The Battle of Epping Forest. Some regard it as their least favorite by them, but it's always sounded like Monty Python set to music to me.

Camel - Down on the Farm. Especially thru headphones so you can catch all the sound effects. (Ooo-waaah!)

Pink Floyd (Actually Waters solo) - Several Species etc. Listen for the "thank you" at the end.

The Nice - Daddy Where Did I Come From (No, Daddy didn't pick you...)

A few more Dylan tracks:
Talkin' Bear Mountain Picnic Massacre Blues
Talkin' John Birch Paranoid Blues
Talking World War III Blues
I Shall Be Free

Greenslade - Little Red Fry-Up

No one brought up 10CC!!!!
Sand in My Face
Rubber Bullets
Oh Effendi
Une Nuit a Paris
Life Is a Minestrone
I Wanna Rule the World
Good Morning Judge

Traffic - Berkshire Poppies

Stackridge - The Volunteer

I used to hate that song, but then I realized what a brilliant piece of satire it was.
I love dogs, I've always loved dogs

Primus.....can't think of a specific track right now but many of their songs have very silly lyrics coupled with some interesting prog funk.
One does nothing yet nothing is left undone.

Marillion--Incommunicado ( f**king love the video too!)
Genesis--Jesus He Knows me
Goblin--School at Night ( its my official daydreaming song.....la la la la la)
Saviour Machine--ascension of Heros ( great ballad, but it's super corny. I find it funny. It's a little over the top)

Come to think of it I dont have a lot of funny music. :(
Gimmie my headphones now!!! 🎧🤣
