Both different classy artists.......terrible comparison. EJ in his own right pre 77' was unbelievable. The Beatles...well say it all

Plus, however creative and versatile EJ was, The Beatles were even more creative and versatile.

The Fab Four for sure. Elton has some great stuff especially on Madman, Yellow Brick Road, Honky Chateau and Tumbleweed though.

I agree with the people above: The Beatles were much more versatile and creative. Hey, didn't they significantly develop pop-prog with Sgt. Pepper?
