Aritst needed for 3RDegree album cover

3RDegree is looking for an artist/illustrator
to flesh out some of their ideas into an album cover and 6-panel CD
layout. We're preferably looking for someone building a portfolio, just
starting out or an advanced hobbyist as we don't have much of a budget
for this. 

We plan on advertising and pushing the album significantly so the cover will be seen.
