And it looks as if it's going to be a real mastodontic affair. The Death Defying Unicorn, out February 10th, is a 2CD / 2LP record containing 13 tracks:

01 Out Of The Woods
02 The Hollow Lands
03 Through The Veil
04 Doldrums
05 Into The Gyre
06 Flotsam
07 Oh Proteus - A Prayer
08 Sculls In Limbo
09 La Lethe
10 Oh Proteus - A Lament
11 Sharks
12 Mutiny!
13 Into The Mystic
(Trks 1-6 CD1, Trks 7-13 CD2)

The record also features a lot of guests: Keyboardplayer Staale Storløkken (Supersilent, Elephant9, Terje Rypdal), Trondheim Jazz Orchestra, Ola Kvernberg (violin) and Trondheimssolistene.

The album is available for pre-order. I recommend getting them from either Stickman Records or Rune Grammofon

Awesome news, I think I'll wait for Wayside or Lasers Edge to have it in stock though, those overseas shipping charges can add up very fast!

Sounds like we might have two disks of epicness with a great title. Big smile

One to look forward to for sure. Knowing them it could be completely different from any of the preceding albums though.

Brief sound samples can be found here (if you want to get a small glimpse of what to expect, that is)
