As far as I can determine, the band is called 'Mandragora Scream', and they did four albums. Besides the 2006 'Madhouse' album that you mention, there was also 'Fairy Tales From Hell's Caves' (2001), 'A Whisper of Dew' (2003) & 'Volturna' (2009)...but it's a female-fronted Goth Metal band, and has got virtually no chance of getting included here, I'm afraid.
 
PS. If you make posts in the forum it is always appreciated if you can include the (correct) name of the band in the topic title rather than just 'New Artist'.
