My friends dad used to have an old VHS tape of 70's German porn. Some of the soundtrack to that sounded like parts of the Snow Goose; apart from the groans, grunts and gasps obviously..

What a great idear for an experimental Symp. Prog concept album, keep the groans, grunts and gasps obviously.
And a bit of dirty talk too. The Leauge of gentlemen meets Transatlantic.

I don't think it sounded remotely similar.

Are you sure you watched the same porn film?Confused

Genesis is my favorite band of all time, but The Snow Goose is my favorite album of all time. No matter how much I love ATotT, I'm voting Snow Goose!!

A Trick of the Tail. But I love The Snow Goose, too, especially the live version.

I guess Snowgoose. Even though not all the albums equally good, there's no part of it I don't like. There are several songs on A trick of the Tail that I do rather dislike. Though my preference for Camel would be more notable if it was Mirage on the contest... as a matter of fact, Mirage might just as well end up beating Selling England and Foxtrot in my taste (my favourite Genesis albums, but both manage to have some much more annoying songs than Mirage). Still, I guess I still prefer Genesis as a band.

It doesn't happen often, but I wouldn't know what to vote for.
Both are important albums for both bands.

The Snow Goose is the best album ever recorded, end of story.

But you really won't appreciate it until you read Gallico's novella: only then will its genius become apparent.

Trick of the Tail is good but way off their glorious trilogy from Nursery Cryme to Selling England.
Life is like a s**t sandwich; the more bread you have, the less s**t you have to eat.
