bump
Absolutely decimating some guy with a much higher rating than me right now. Honestly I don't see how he got that, he's definitely worse than Alec, Rico, or Vomps Could be mistaken but looks like mate in 2, turn 15 right now Edited by Triceratopsoil - April 17 2012 at 14:51 |

Oh, VanVan and Negoba, in case you were wondering, I know you sent me new invites, but I've taken a break this period.

You’re not mistaken. I don’t think alant will do any more moves. The only one he’s allowed to is Qh2, and after Qxf1 and Qg1 you will checkmate him with Qxg1. I’ve looked at some of his other games, and it seems he only wins when his opponent makes a blunder. Edited by refugee - April 17 2012 at 15:32 |

I notice he seems to have built his rating up ludicrously slow by playing a lot of very bad players

Missed a pin against Colin, getting ugly in the aftermath.
Other games have been interesting. Colin has forced checkmate against that Alant guy. Alot of folks manipulate their rating in various ways. That guy seems to play mostly folks below his rating.

Current Listening:
Heater valve kicking on. Snotty noses being blown. Griping. Maybe cookies coming out of the oven??? C is for cookie, and it is good enough for me. |

Looks like Colin is winning against ahmad61. 18. … Qb6 must have been a blunder, not only sacrificing the knight but giving up f7 as well. I expect a chessmate or resignation quite soon.
The game between Jay and Vomps is quite interesting. Jay has a pretty strong attack, but if Vomps is careful, it won’t be easy to break through his defense. The next few moves will probably be decisive. |

Yeah, his defenses are really disintegrating now
Around moves 10-15 or so it actually looked like a pretty interesting and challenging game Edited by Triceratopsoil - April 22 2012 at 12:16 |

I found the solution:
1. Bd6-e6 2. Qxf8# Chess is very easy. Edited by refugee - April 22 2012 at 14:20 |

Your last move was pretty bad, unless I missed something.
