I agree. I find it strange that the media seems to be completely unconcerned.

I posted that like a week ago bub.

A thousand apologies.  It is worth calling people attention to it as often as possible, though.

If you wanna piss of Slart HERE'S a comment:

I actually think I like Wubya better as a person.

Now as a President he was pretty much a miserable failure in every regard.
But as a person I really do believe he wanted what was best for America and thought he was doing so. Also he himself had no real scandals or corruption.
Problem is he was a f**king moron and weak...so he got completely overrun by neocons.

Hey George sign this it'll stop the terrorists "OK, oh the Patriot Act that must be good"   Hey George we need to go to Iraq because Saddam is bad and he supports terrorism "You're right Saddam is pretty bad"   His advisers told him everything, dude lived in a bubble world.

Obama is smart (hey there's a compliment). He is certainly a smart man and is control of everything, which means he needs to take the blame for every 180 he's pulled and the bad bills he's signed.

Honestly, why do you think I got turned off Slart? I truly find it tough to find anything good. His crowning achievement was the healthcare bill which is not really any good and he's continued Wubya's policies.

Yes. It's a shame to see.

It's especially the same as more details come out and you realize our world isn't so black and white. It puts the mobs in a tough position.

The group mentality is also evident on this Trayvon case. Instead of trying to focus on what happened and whether one or the other acted wrong, people immediately side with the group. They see the situation as a "us vs them" affair.

Maybe it's because all you do is bash republicans while your criticism of democrats is tepid, at best, and more honestly non-existent (as you're going to line up and vote that way, anyway).  Why on earth would you so forcefully desire one of us to say something nice about Obama?  You shouldn't like him anymore than any of us do.

Calling us names seems par for the course I'd say.

What do you mean by "has come"?Tongue
Ron Paul by running as a republican has obviously moved past party politics. Wink

There is only one guy who has successfully run as an independent and that guy is Bernie Sanders.  He would describe his political slant as democratic socialist.  That's where I am at, too.  Shame you guys are too thick headed to get it.

His point is silly, anyway.  It just further reinforces his inability to get past party politics.  He ignores the fact that we rip into republicans constantly chosing instead to focus on how much we criticize someone who is basically George W Bush on steroids with a D next to his name.

He hasn't invaded Iran yet.

I can't think of anything. He gave a tax credit to people who bough Hybrid cars right? That's good. I don't know. I'm sure there's a few more things. I'm hesitant to say ending DADT is a good thing. I would prefer it if everybody were banned from the military. As a pure freedom of action thing, I'll call it good.

I'm open to suggestions. It doesn't matter though. His signing of the NDAA trumps any gone he's done by far. And there's still a whole host of other terrible things he's done.

If it's not correctable, then why get upset about it? And why get upset when someone is offering a correction?
