three new-prog bands that are good, and fresh and nice to listen to both as a prog fan but also at a party if you like some nice singable music or music that lifts the spirits at a party

all the three bands started in 1994, but released albums between 97/99 and onward,

which do you like the most of these three bands

Muse is good. dredg is great. Mew is annoying. dredg it is.

Mew is very bad, yet brilliant compared to Muse.

Mew is brilliant (admittedly I did not like them right away).   Glass-Handed Kites is one of my fave albums of the 00's.

Never liked Muse, but Mew and Dredg are both awesome. But Dredg is awesomest.

i know i should write dredg in small letters but i think it is best to have a big D when it is on the top,

I haven't heard much by these 3 groups, but I don't like any Muse I've ever heard, but maybe I haven't heard the right tracks. Dredg is okay, but the Mew I've heard is brilliant, so I had to go Mew.
