From a blog: Based in Oklahoma, initially the group performed as a duo under the name
of CONTEMPORARY SYNTHESIZER ENSEMBLE. Then Richard Bugg met folk rock
guitarist/songwriter Shawn Phillips and became close friends. Before
recording the first album, the group had gone through several changes
(one was being renamed COSMIC DEBRIS) and asked Phillips to perform on
the recording, thinking that having a famous player on the record would
help them getting a major label deal. Thus begun one of the most unusual
collaborations in music business.
They were active in the 80's, and have 4 entries as albums on rateyourmusic but only two have decent info. They're very spacey and I think that's what genre they would be even though they have lots of electronics going on. http://rateyourmusic.com/artist/cosmic_debris |

The three samples clearly qualify for PA entry.
Let the experts decide whether it's space rock or progressive electronic. This would probably require more samples for clarification.

If psych isn't going to take this one, I'll send it to electronic then.
