two bands that are blending prog and doom metal, with elements of spacerock, both are fairly interesting and deserves more attention

interestingly both bands are interested in building a "cult" around the band or a concept rather, which the bands lives under, which gives the music a deep and mysterious background

I recently picked up guitar and i own a Yamaha electric and a fender sonoran electric-acoustic. I really would like to get a white stripes blues sound but also be able to play some classic rock as well..Any suggestions?
