I didn't suggest Waterclime back then, but I would like to push this suggestion again as it's a clearly progressive rock project of Andreas Hedlund AKA Vintersorg. Borknagar and Vintersorg are already added to PA, while Waterclime is much more prog than them, so it's odd that this project is not on PA yet.

They were added to Prog Metal team's chart last time: http://progfreak.com/Waterclime-102859.html?path=pa/recent, who voted 'move', but it appears that no alternative sub was specified (though Heavy and Neo were both hinted at in the old locked thread you refer to above), & that no move was actually done back then.
OK - So let's have a listen...all of 'The Astral Factor', and the first five tracks of 'Imaginative'...

It definitely belongs on the site - Andreas sings and plays all the instruments except drums (and a few guest appearances by Matthias Marklund, the guitarist with his main ''Vintersorg' project). Prog Metal it certainly isn't - Neo? Yes, in places...and Jazzy touches here and there too. I guess overall that Crossover should take a look at this first.  Ermm

Weird, not a single mention of these guys anywhere in the CZ. Not really PM at all, or really all that progressive to my ears either, but crossover might stand a chance. I think it's more I'm not exactly a fan of this stuff..... at all Dead
I'll alert the xover team.
