The man just released an 8 disc box set last year ("Contain Us") featuring the 4 DTP albums, and two CDs and two DVDs of bonus content. Well, here comes 9 more discs in the series, 4 DVDs and a matching CD for each one, plus one more CD of encores.

As an aside, the man has been making significant progress on his next album (Epicloud) and has also been making some progress on the follow-up to Ziltiod, Z2. And he was recently on tour, and this fall he will be unveiling a great theatrical (The Retinal Circus) show in London (I believe). So we can safely say he is working hard for us fans.

Live DVD box set news! Yes, that's right, yet another pretty box set will see the light of day soon... You may remember that we've recorded last year's sold out shows in London where the DTP performed each of their albums in full (and then some) and we can now announce that the release has been dubbed 'By A Thread - Live in London 2011' and will be out June 18th in Europe and June 19th in North America.
Four DVD discs will hold the each of the concerts including a sh*tload of extras and five CD's will have all the audio with a separate CD for just the encores that were played.
More details on exact content and where to pre-order this beauty will be announced soon.

Most of the extra tracks are up on youtube, and they're pretty interesting. "Brown Man" is pornographically hilarious.

Current Listening:

Heater valve kicking on.
Snotty noses being blown.
Griping.
Maybe cookies coming out of the oven???

C is for cookie, and it is good enough for me.

Most anticipated release of this year for me!Headbanger Can't wait to have this baby in my hands. Having a showing of the whole boxset at a friend's house (awesome TV and sound systems) before the Dream Theater concert in Detroit! Gonna be killer!
