Try logging out, closing your browser, and logging back in.

Alternatively, try a different browser.

And it is. Apparently PA does not react in a friendly way to Hotspot Shield. Why is that?

I think the clue is in the words: "ANCHORFREE" ... It's not as free as you think it is - what it is trying to do is insert adverts into every page you load.

 
I suggest you disable it.
