When can I vote in polls? |

It seems weird, but I was wondering when exactly I can vote in polls on this site. As it stands it says on all polls "You cannot vote in this poll". Is there a certain number of posts I need to reach to vote or what?

I'm not aware of any restriction on new members voting in polls, only in creating new ones. It's more likely the thread has been closed or you've either already voted in the poll.

Nope. Polls were changed for voting too after incidents of people creating multiple accounts in order to vote in polls multiple times.

From our site's very own FAQ  http://www.progarchives.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=13080 Why can't I create polls or vote in existing ones? Poll creation and voting is only available to forum members with higher ranks than Newbie. Once you've posted 100 messages on the forum, you'll be able to vote in prog polls. ^Yes, that's what it says, but the required amount is actually 40 messages, not 100.
