I'll be lucky to get three votes with this lineup. Vote even if you know only one of these as long as you really like it of course. These first few polls of bands starting with the letter E through K is about bringing some attention to the more obscure Jazz and related albums. I consider these all 4 star albums. <p> Seven bands from seven different countries offering up a variety of Jazz flavoured styles. As these polls go along they will get stronger ending with some amazing albums then onto bands starting with the letters L through R.

hey, Mellotron, another awesome Poll!Thumbs Up

My vote definitely goes with Frob, so glad to see it listed here. Another under-rated Jazz-rock gem that is way too obscure. They straddle the worlds of rock music and jazz in a really appealing way-in a very capable way.

I gave The Bacon is Burning some love. I love these guys!

Yup it's the Finnish band Bogdan, and it might be my pick too. It's excellent.

LOL They are a little obscure and not your typical Jazz/Fusion either.

Incidentally John, how's that Forgas one? I was thinking about giving it a go, seeing as I have some money to spent on music, food and women. I may well just use them on the music though....

I think that I have only heard Flasket Brinner's self-titled from these choices (good album), so I'll be checking youtube and vote based on what I can find there.  I have already heard some music from other albums, but will need refreshing.

I really like what I've heard of that Free Wave System album, and seeing as it is the only one with no votes, I am giving it one.

Well those are the three essentials in lifeLOL.  If you like lots of violin you'd probably dig it. I have another one of theirs that i didn't enjoy but i do like that one.

For me it's between Flasket Brinner , Free Wave System and Frob. I've listened to them all twice now but still can't decide.
