Probably my favorite Yes album, not a big fan of And You And I so it gets my vote. I love Siberian Khatru mostly for the end, and Close To The Edge is definitely another one of my favorite Yes tracks.

Siberian Khatru is one of the greatest songs ever put to vinyl yet it is the worst song on this album.
I can't vote in these circumstances.

And You And I, even though it's a beautiful song with some real highlights.
The song is not as exciting as the other two songs, though. Edited by Moogtron III - April 13 2012 at 04:50 |

& You and I - a token vote really, as Siberian Khatru cannot be saved of course

Just for the sake of having a least favourite on my favourite album: Siberian Khatru.

Indeed, it's pretty crazy. Siberian Khatru is nearly perfect, but I voted for it because I don't like the main theme in, ahem, 15/4? ... and it does sound kind of sloppy. Other than that, there are no reasons to vote for it. Hurts a bit.

Reluctantly, I also chose "Siberian Khatru," although the song has great merit....Wakeman's intro is one of the few examples of Mellotron horn samples being used in a prog recording that I am aware of. He plays the instrument very aggressively.
The version by "Stanley Snail" remains my favorite....Mike Keneally would be an excellent replacement in Yes if Howe ever quits! (I always loved to play those sorts of mind games, and sometimes, it turns out they were close to the mark, i.e. Fripp as guitarist for Yes...nearly happened!). |

The results on this survivor were quiet predictable from the beginning. First to go Siberian Khatru. And you And I to the consolation round. CttE winner.

Very difficult choice. All three songs are great.
I'd have to say, "And You And I" by a slight margin over "Siberian Khatru"
